Attune to Spirit, Attune to Truth

When you’re attuned to spirit, you’re attuned to what’s true. And even though the truth can hurt sometimes, it also feels good.

This is why I say that when I was grieving the loss of my first husband I felt better than when I was running my yoga studio.

When Jhonny died, the grief was so loud it drowned out anyone else's expectations or ideas of how I should be. Despite it being the most painful time in my life, I also felt more in my power than I had ever been. It was a taste of what happens when you're not carrying everyone else's baggage.

A couple years after his death, an opportunity presented itself to buy a yoga studio and become a business owner of a wellness space where I could offer my classes and foster community.

Dreamy right?
Well, while it was exciting at first, it didn’t feel that way as time went on.

With the studio, I was carrying the weight of everyone involved: the teachers, the students, the community (both past and present), as well as any onlookers. So much of what drove me was not from my internal guide but from trying to live up to everyone else’s desires.

On the face of it, one may assume that 2.5 years of studio ownership would hold more joy than 2 years after losing a spouse. But reality for me held a differentt story.

The point here is not about which of these experiences was better or worse, but rather that no matter what you do in your life, if you're carrying everyone else's junk with you, unable to untether yourself enough to feel the purity of your own Soul, then true joy and fulfillment will be hard to access.

While the studio was a time that I felt myself flooded by much of what surrounded me, it led me to learn how to hold my personal space as sacred and bring myself into a new place of trusting and acting on my intuition.

And that’s what I’m here to offer.
Tools, guidance, and support on how to clear out what does not serve your highest good so you can:

  • Trust yourself more

  • Find more enjoyment in your life

  • Create a life that is fulfilling

  • Show up more fully and, as a result, offer more benefit to society

Because I truly believe that if we don’t offer our unique gifts and the purity of our essence then we can’t possible give it our all and then not only will society, the collective, and our loved ones miss out, but so will we.

The thing is, while “giving our all” may sound like a lot of work, it’s actually a lot less effort than trying to make an impact with a watered down version of who we are.

Your spirit, your life force, your unique soul essence wants to flow through you and it will with life-giving ease when given the space.

Therefore, the work is not in what we bring, but in clearing out what gets in the way.

It’s a practice and lifestyle.

And it’s so worth every step and misstep that gets you there.

Being present for it ALL is my passion. And helping others along the path of discovering how beautiful they are is my calling.

The inaugural circle of SPACIOUS BEING convenes in 2 weeks.

Clearing room for you spirit to animate your life, is a way to welcome ALL parts of yourself to the present moment and honor the special Soul that you are.

And it is from this place that you create a life that is true and fulfilling to you.
